Our consulting phase includes the planning and development of projects based on customer requirements and, at the same time, guarantees practical feasibility.

We also offer an independent professional advice service to help achieve the objectives and purposes of the organization marked by providing commercial solutions, as well as the discovery and evaluation of new opportunities.

INTERIOR DESIGN

DNA Homes offers the full range of services and gives a special importance to the interior design. We develop functional design projects and create aesthetically unique spaces approaching each client individually, considering the needs, budget, lifestyle and the desired time frame. The interior is, first of all, a reflection of the inner world of its owner. The main goal for us in interior design is the ability to hear the customer, to understand and professionally realize the interior of his dream.

Our studio is aware of the latest news and trends in the world of design and architecture, we develop modern interiors, using innovative design techniques and elements of contemporary decor. Our experienced designers will help to determine the color and style decision of the interior, harmoniously combine the client´s ideas, as well as offer their own original concepts. Under the leadership of the main Architect and CEO Aryanour Djalali, we create interior designs and develop technical solutions for houses, cottages, apartments and public spaces in any stylistic decision.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Project Management by DNA represents an assistance, technical supervision and any other management activity required within the construction process, allowing DNA to deliver an integrated service to clients through the lifecycle of a project – from concept, through construction to completion.  Before starting a new project, we study all the details and the client’s wishes, stipulate the stages and deadlines, as well as the budget and project´s features.

Through Project Management we systemize, schedule and manage the needful resources to ensure the set goals and reach the completion of each project in the real estate and construction sector. For successful development and the resolution of different issues during the whole process we use our experienced technical profile, involving designers, engineers, architects and business partners.

CONSTRUCTION

We carry out integral architecture and engineering projects at an international level, supported by our collaborators. We have experience from the conceptual phase to the construction, providing innovative solutions and minimizing costs, depending on the situation and capacity of the client.

We use the latest technologies to develop our projects and therefore work with BIM (Building Information Modelling), a centralized and intelligent platform where information is stored in a single three-dimensional model. It allows us to control more and more every constructive process of a project, with a method closer to the automotive industry than to the traditional construction business. In all the projects where we have used this technology, every step has been improved, not just by working in a unique collaborative model, but also by a more efficient management of the construction process. The implementation of BIM methodology is promoting a collaborative way of managing the construction and installation projects.

DEVELOPMENT

DNA Homes is committed to the real estate market and the realization of promotions in all its aspects. Based on our experience in collaboration with multiple promoters and applying our know-how we perform all the functions related to the process of this type of investment. We manage from the location of those lands that involve the best investment, through the complete execution of the promotions until the delivery of keys.
